This notice explains how PNC Labs handles information submitted through its enquiry form.
Who is responsible
PNC Labs is operated by Twist Business Design SRL, the data controller, registered in Bucuresti, Sector 5, Romania, CUI 33159364. Privacy questions can be sent to contact@pnc.ro.
What the form collects
We collect your name, work email, optional company, the type of help selected, your free-text enquiry and an optional deadline. We also process technical anti-abuse information necessary for Turnstile and rate limiting, including IP-related request information where applicable.
Why we use it
We use this information to receive and respond to enquiries, discuss potential projects and business relationships, and protect the form and infrastructure from spam and abuse.
Retention
Enquiries that do not lead to a contractual or business relationship are retained for up to 12 months from the last interaction. If an enquiry becomes part of an actual contractual or business relationship, relevant information may be retained separately in line with applicable contractual, accounting or legal obligations.
Service providers
We use Cloudflare Turnstile for anti-abuse verification. Amazon SES is intended for production email delivery.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may ask to access, correct or erase your information, restrict or object to its use, or receive information you provided in a portable form. You may also make a complaint to the relevant supervisory authority. To exercise a right or ask a privacy question, email contact@pnc.ro.
